    Who you are

    • 15+ years proven track record of enterprise level direct sales expertise into USA & Canada.
    • Possess an excellent understanding of the US market for IT services and software sales, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
    • Should have experience of revenue generation of 2-4m USD/ per annum
    • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the inside sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to market penetration.
    • Strong understanding of Solution Sales with software development services, technologies, and market dynamics.
    • A strategic outbound sales methodologies to drive revenue growth and market expansion, with a particular focus on the dynamic and competitive US market
    • Proven Track record selling Complex Enterprise Solutions required. Solid sales skills in finding prospective customers and helping with their retention.
    • Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach.
    • Ability to work successfully with team, partnering with all other organizations within including Sales, Engineering, Development & Marketing
    • Should have travelled to US/Canada frequently. (Having prior US or Canada travel experience is a must)
