    Requirementsand skills
    • Provenexperience as HRDirector
    • Full understanding ofthe way an organization operates to meet itsobjectives
    • Excellent knowledge of employmentlegislation and regulations
    • Thorough knowledgeof human resource management principles and bestpractices
    • A business acumen partnered withattention to the human element
    • Knowledge ofdata analysis and reporting
    • Excellentorganizational and leadershipskills
    • Outstanding communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Diligent and firm withhigh ethical standards
    • BSc/BA in humanresources business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA inhuman resources will be a plus
