Job Description :

System Implementation and Customization :

- Lead the implementation of ERP and WMS systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements.

- Customize the systems to optimize business processes, workflows, and data management.

- Integrate ERP and WMS with existing systems and applications for seamless operations.

User Training and Support :

- Conduct user training sessions to familiarize employees with ERP and WMS functionalities.

- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system usage.

- Develop training materials and documentation to facilitate user adoption and proficiency.

System Maintenance and Upgrades :

- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and security enhancements.

- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system integrity, performance, and reliability.

Plan and execute system upgrades, assessing the impact on business operations and mitigating risks.

Data Management and Reporting :

- Manage master data within ERP and WMS systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

- Generate customized reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics and performance indicators.

- Analyze data trends and anomalies to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Vendor Management :

- Liaise with ERP and WMS vendors to communicate requirements, resolve issues, and leverage new functionalities.

- Stay updated on vendor roadmaps, product releases, and industry trends to inform decision-making and future enhancements.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience (5 years) in implementing and supporting ERP and WMS systems, with expertise in Impact ERP, Microsoft Business Central, and Sage.

- Strong understanding of business processes, supply chain management, and inventory control principles.

- Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and integration techniques.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross- functional teams and stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

- Certification in relevant ERP and WMS platforms is a plus.
