    We are seeking a Full Desk - Business Development Manager to join our team at eZone Staffing, LLC. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • As a part of the Full Desk Business Development Manager, you would be required to interact with the client on prospects over the phone as well as through written correspondence.
    • You would be required to prospect, propose, negotiate, close deals and manage client accounts end-to-end.
    • Responsible for maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
    • Manage the team targets and can generate good revenue.
    • Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.

    Looking for the Aspirants who do have strong hands-on exposure in US Non-IT Recruitments with Client Handling too.
