    We are searching for a talented and experienced Kotlin Lead to join our development team.

    In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining critical backend systems that power our applications.

    You will also have the exciting opportunity to explore the possibilities of using Applied LLMs to streamline and enhance our development processes.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead the development, and implementation of scalable and robust backend systems using Kotlin or Scala.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including frontend developers, product managers, and data scientists) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.
    Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
    Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Kotlin/Scala and backend technologies.
    Explore the potential of Applied LLMs

    Qualifications:
    Minimum 5-10 years of experience in professional backend development using Kotlin or Scala.
    Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
    Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
    Experience with Spring Boot and related technologies.
    Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) (a plus).Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
    Strong work ethic and a passion for building high-quality software.
    Experience using Applied LLMs in a software development context (nice to have).Spring Boot, K8s, Gradle
