    Job Purpose:

    This role will be responsible to support the commercial markets team in presales, solutioning, business development and practice building efforts.

    Job description:

    - Help interpret and translate client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. Actively involve in RFP / RFI's.

    - As a part of multiple industry group's, architecturing solutions which will leverage the best and the greatest of the Organization's offering.

    - Negotiate with multiple stakeholders, drive consensus, take difficult decision when required around Business Process Services.

    - Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility. The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

    -Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.

    - Interaction with senior management at a client and/or, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach.

    Looking at candidates with:

    - 8-14 years of experience either in presales or core Solutioning profile from BPO industry

    - Think out of the box / Forward Thinking and move out of the comfort zone to try new things and drive innovation. This involves managing complex

    deals and complex situations.
