- Design and implement comprehensive training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of associates
- Conduct interactive and informative training sessions for both new hires and existing associates, focusing on product knowledge and customer relationship management
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the training program and processes
- Develop audit plans and lead internal audits of the sales department to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Prepare and present audit findings, recommendations, and action plans to senior management to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with company standards.
