Job description

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer to join our team and help us deliver innovative and impactful business intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that provide insights and support decision making across various business domains. You will also collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and other developers to understand business requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure data quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that meet business needs and adhere to data quality and security standards.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Optimize Power BI performance, scalability, and usability using best practices and techniques.
• Integrate Power BI with other Microsoft products and services, such as Azure Data Factory, Power Apps, and Power Automate, to create end-to-end data solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and other developers to gather and refine business requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver feedback.
• Document and communicate Power BI solutions, processes, and standards to relevant audiences.
• Research and evaluate new Power BI features, tools, and technologies to enhance existing solutions and create new ones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in Power BI development, including dashboard, report, and data model creation and deployment.
• Strong skills in SQL, KQL, DAX, and other data query and manipulation languages.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Power Apps, and Power Automate, or similar cloud-based data integration and automation tools.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data governance, and data visualization concepts and principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
