    We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital). Key Roles and Responsibilities

    As a member of the Channel Partner team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads, introducing them to the RazorpayX Partnership Program, which includes Payroll, Business Banking+, and Source to Pay solutions.
  • Lead Engagement: Actively engage with potential partners to explain the RazorpayX Partnership Program and its benefits, ensuring alignment with the services they offer.
  • Product Expertise: Gain a thorough understanding of RazorpayX offerings to recommend the most relevant products to partners, enabling them to improve their services through the program.
  • Education and Onboarding: Guide partners through the onboarding process, providing detailed education on RazorpayX products and how they can enhance the partner's offerings to their clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and forecast a healthy sales pipeline, which may include working with the partner's own firm or their referrals.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and drive new acquisitions
  • Ensure maximum conversion rates on various inbound lead channels.
  • Should have the ability to cross-sell and up-sell clients as and when required.
  • Use sales tools effectively and drive maximum efficiency.
  • Perform platform/solution based sales for all new prospects.
  • Work with other cross-functional teams as and when required.
  • Achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Understand and work towards teams/organisations objectives
  • Desired Skills and Experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience in SaaS or in a B2B setup. Experience in the payment/banking/SAAS industry would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, oral & written.
  • Proven experience in customer facing roles.
  • Self motivated and result oriented personality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
  • Should know how to use basic sales tools.
  • Basic knowledge of sales CRM tools (Salesforce) would be an advantage.
