    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff, including task assignment, scheduling, and training.
    • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in patient rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
    • Develop and implement cleaning procedures that comply with hospital policies and industry best practices.
    • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and addressing any issues.
    • Ensure proper waste management and disposal, including hazardous and biohazardous materials.
    • Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.
    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess cleanliness and hygiene standards.
    • Address deficiencies promptly and develop corrective action plans.
    • Ensure compliance with infection control guidelines, safety regulations, and healthcare standards.
    • Collaborate with other departments, handle requests and complaints, and contribute to housekeeping projects and improvements.
