Job summary
Prepare and maintain daily weekly and monthly MIS reports across commercial and operational functions Develop and manage performance dashboards and trackers Ensure accuracy timely circulation of reports to stakeholders Utilize advanced Excel functions including Pivot Tables Lookups data analysis tools Maintain update centralized reporting formats databases Commercial Business Support Support commercial revenue teams with performance tracking data analysis reporting requirements Assist in managing tasks across the Holiday Inn Express portfolio Support business reviews strategy discussions through data-backed insights Coordination Stakeholder Management Coordinate internal teams ensure smooth execution assigned projects tasks Share structured business updates stakeholders ownership team when required Track deliverables adherence timelines Candidate Profile Education Bachelor degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management Analytics related field Experience years of experience in MIS reporting analytics program coordination Experience hospitality service industry will be preferred Technical Skills Advanced MS Excel skills Pivot Tables VLOOKUP data management etc Strong data interpretation reporting skills Experience with reporting visualization tools will be an added advantage Behavioral Competencies Strong communication presentation skills Highly organized strong time management abilities Proactive eager to learn Ability work fast-paced environment adhere timelines Strong attention detail analytical mindset Key Success Factors Accuracy timeliness CIS Reporting Effective coordination teams Quality communication stakeholders partners Ability support commercial performance tracking
