    Position Overview:


    As a Senior Product Analyst at Whatfix, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes to enhance our product offerings and optimize user experiences.

    Leveraging your expertise in data analysis, market trends, and user behavior, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Conduct indepth analysis of product performance metrics, user engagement data, and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
    • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to prioritize and implement datadriven product improvements.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key product metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders.
    • Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability studies, to gather feedback and validate product hypotheses.
    • Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to uncover patterns and insights from large datasets.
    • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
    • Act as a subject matter expert on product analytics best practices, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (5 years) as a product analyst or similar role in a technologydriven organization.
    • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis and manipulation.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
    • Familiarity with digital adoption solutions or SaaS products is preferred but not required.
