    Role & responsibilities:

    • Manage inbound customer calls related to motor insurance policies.
    • Assist customers with policy updates, claims, renewals, and other motor insurance services.
    • Ensure high-quality communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.

    Preferred candidate profile:

    • Looking for graduates only.
    • Minimum 1 year of International voice process experience required.
    • No gap of more than 6 months in last 2 years of employment.
    • Should have excellent communication skills.
