- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Devise effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for both B2B and B2C segments, with a focus on products. Collaborate with the sales team to execute these strategies efficiently.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities for business development within product sectors. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends. Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Utilize Excel sheets and other tools to generate sales reports and analyze data specific products. Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients. Stay updated on industry trends and developments within these sectors.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with clients in the product sectors to secure contracts and agreements. Close deals on time while maximising profitability for the company.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, as well as other departments such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction within the product sectors.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B and B2C environment, with a focus on FMCG and other fast-rolling products.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Excel sheets for basic data analysis and reporting.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
