    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Lala Bazaar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales processes, particularly within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) and other fast-rolling product sectors. They should possess excellent communication skills in English and be proficient in using Excel sheets for basic data analysis.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Devise effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for both B2B and B2C segments, with a focus on products. Collaborate with the sales team to execute these strategies efficiently.
    2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities for business development within product sectors. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
    3. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends. Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    4. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Utilize Excel sheets and other tools to generate sales reports and analyze data specific products. Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
    5. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients. Stay updated on industry trends and developments within these sectors.
    6. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with clients in the product sectors to secure contracts and agreements. Close deals on time while maximising profitability for the company.
    7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, as well as other departments such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction within the product sectors.

    Requirements:

    7. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
