Role Description

This is a full-time Talent Management Specialist role at Salesable (Neo Kinetic Services) located in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of talent management processes, including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent needs, develop and implement talent management strategies, and ensure the organization has a skilled and engaged workforce.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent management, including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement
• Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, trends, and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
