Location :- #Vapi #Gujarat
Industry :- #Retail #Hotel
Salary :- 10 LPA to 12 LPA
Qualification :- MBA / PGDM (HR)
Experience : - 8 to 10 years
Responsibilities:-
1. Handling #endtoend #recruitment & #selection process for all the business verticals right from scanning of #CVs to making offer & #followup till on-#boarding.
2. Look after #sourcing #candidates and use of various sources of hiring like #jobportals, #LinkedIn, #Consultants.
3. Manage full cycle #recruiting #process to meet the various #staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units
4. Preparation of #JobDescriptions for the various #vacancies.
5. Prepare relevant #recruitment and #hiring related #MIS.
6. Looking after the travel and stay arrangements of #candidates who are called for a #Face-to-#Face #interview.
7. Look after the #Induction and #Onboarding of the new #joiners.
8. Interact with new #recruitment #consultants regularly and tie-up with the ones which appear relevant to our requirements, to increase our resource base.
9. Keep abreast on new #developments taking place in the #TalentAcquisition field.
10. Ensure positive employer #branding of the company during any type of interaction with the potential candidates.
Key Requirements
1. Exclusive #TalentAcquisition experience is mandatory.
2. Have good #communicationskills and #interpersonalskills.
3. Should be able to understand the #complexities associated with hiring for different positions and provide solutions for the same. Have a problem-solving attitude.
4. Should have a learning attitude.
5. Should have good #negotiation and #influencing skills to attract desired candidates.
6. Good knowledge of #MSExcel and #MSWord.
