Role : Business Analyst - Ecommerce Domain - Description & Responsibilities :

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis :

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges.

Conduct comprehensive analysis to gather and document detailed requirements for complex projects.

Ensure that requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business goals.

2. Business Process Modeling :

Model current and future state business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance business processes within the client's environment.

3. Business / Industry understanding :

Understanding of Ecommerce domain and business functionality as well, and provide deep insights for the process management

Act as subject matter experts with client to understand business challenges and provide technical solution for the same

4. Solution Design and Documentation :

Collaborate with technical teams to design effective and efficient solutions that meet business requirements.

Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams.

5. Stakeholder Communication :

Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Conduct regular status updates and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.

Identify the right stakeholders and provide proper updates to them, and keep working with them to create a plan for better technology adoption

Understand business challenges and create introduction with other stakeholders of different departments

6. Risk Assessment and Mitigation :

Identify potential risks and challenges associated with enterprise projects.

Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success.

7. Quality Assurance and Testing :

Collaborate with testing teams to develop test plans and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate feedback loops to refine solutions.

8. Continuous Improvement :

Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the enterprise environment.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the organization.
