Description

Job Title: Process Expert

The Process Expert within the Operations Department will be responsible for ensuring consistent achievement and maintenance of service quality and performance in alignment with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Daily Targets

Maintain unwavering dedication to meeting daily targets.
Adhere to SLAs at all times.

Key Responsibilities

This role is part of the Transport Plan Management team, responsible for updating transport plan changes for shipments across the globe. The incumbent will ensure timely updates to the system whenever requests are received from relevant desks.

Collaboration and Communication

Adept coordination with various stakeholders.
Collaborative approach with stakeholders, fulfilment leads, and customer service teams.

About Ocean Operations Execution

Ocean Operations Execution includes roles that manage and operate seagoing vessels used for transporting customer cargo/containers. Administrative streams include those who support others by performing skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks.

Requirements

This position requires:

Attention to detail.
An understanding of standardized work routines and methods.
General facts and information.
Ability to escalate non-routine problems to a more experienced colleague or supervisor.
