Learning & OD Director

What You'll Be Doing:
Formulate and execute strategies, programs, and initiatives that support the companys strategic goals.
Conduct thorough assessments to identify improvement opportunities and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Create and lead interventions to develop our culture and leadership, alongside comprehensive
development and change management programs.
Partner with HR and business leaders to evaluate workforce trends, identify talent gaps, and plan for succession.
Direct the creation and application of performance management frameworks and employee
development strategies.
Provide managerial coaching and support, fostering an environment conducive to organizational development.
Assess the impact of development interventions, utilizing data to inform continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Learning and Development to identify and address training needs, enhancing
professional skills.
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and technological advancements in organizational development and talent management.
Work with various teams to implement culture change initiatives and promote a supportive work atmosphere.
Act as an organizational development expert, influencing HR policy and procedural development.
What youll bring onboard
Masters in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Psychology from a reputed institute.
Progressive experience in learning and organizational development roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning and organizational development programs.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strong leadership skills with a keen eye for details and analytical thinking.
Strategic thinking mindset with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable learning initiatives by measuring their impact.
Enjoys fostering a positive work environment and be a subject matter expert for the team to turn to.
