    Job Title: Admin Executive

    Location: Navi Mumbai

    Job Description:

    • Logistics: T-shirt Inventory & Courier items as per office requirement.
    • Guest House: Maintain Guest House Data - Accommodation, Exit checklist, Electrical & Electronics items inventory
    • Electricity Bill: Process all electricity Bills with finance team (Zion office, Landmark Office & Guest House).
    • ID Card: Collect Users data, print ID cards & Distributes also.
    • Vendor Management: - Invoice Cross Check, Invoice Hand Over to Finance with details excel sheet, Search Multiple vendors in Market as per requirement.
    • Office Compliance: AC Service Maintenance, Water Purifier Servicing, Fire Extinguisher, First Aid Box, COVID SPOC & Temperature check.
    • Events Management

    Desired Skills:

    • Candidate with minimum experience of 2 years into office administration
    • Should have hands on experience in managing office administration
    • Managing guest house & employee employee travel & accommodation
    • Managing schedule & routine of office boys
    • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • Knowledge of office maintenance, housekeeping, cleanliness
    • Knowledge of office requirements like stationary, pantry management
    • Managing all office inventory like goodies, branding materials, stationary, pantry inventory, Housekeeping & cleaning material
