    Job Specifications

    We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, IR, Social Work, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
    • MBA, Masters in MSW, Law, Management degree is preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in handling large workforces.
    • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and talent development programs.
    • Proven track record in handling contract labor, factory administration, and compliance.
    • Experience in managing very large workforces in an industrial setting.
    • Strong experience in liaising with government officials and managing community relations.
    • Prior history of amicably signing the LTS settlement with Unions.
    • Certification in Employee Engagement, Talent Development, or Human Resources Management (e.g., SHRM-CP, ATD, CIPD) would be great.
