Role: Program Manager

Location : Saidapet

Experience: Min 10-12 Years of experience in IT Infrastructure industry, Min of 5 years working experience in any IT domain (Networking or Server or VMware or Cloud or Security) handled minimum 2 or multiple International Clients

Salary: Upto 14LPA

Qualification: Any graduation with excellent communication both verbal / non-verbal

Notice Period: Upto 30 days

Roles & Responsibilities

Must Have

• Handson Experience in Data Security & Audit knowledge
• Developing a process / sop / runbook/ gap analysis / escalation matrix for both domestic and international
• Should have liaison with Pre-sale and Post-Sale team for Project Implementation
• Willing to work in US Shifts

Good to have

• Managing a workforce and resource allocation for the across international projects
• Formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects.
• Defining a new strategy to implement the project.
• Providing training for the team members
• Preparing MIS Reports/ Dashboard
• Responsible for completing the calls with the defined SLA.
• Manage the team shift roster support for 24/7
• Planning for IT Infra is based on the needs of the clients.
• Collaborated seamlessly with multiple teams to maintain day-to-day operations.
• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, ticketing system).
• Participation in weekly team meetings and creating project plans.
• Ensuring customer requirements are met in terms of communication, prioritizing, escalating, and Resolving incidents and requests.
