    About this opportunity

    Handling Telecom Network Operations and maintaining service availability for RAN and RF nodes with proper work focus for Alarm Monitoring, support Hardware/software/configuration related issues, configuration of all Nodes pertaining to RAN/RF domains and emergency handling/outage Support for RAN/RF nodes/products/network (Specific to various Vendors (i.e Ericsson, ZTE, Nokia, Huawei etc.).Interfaces: Customers, MSIP, GSI, Sales, KAM

    What you will do

  • Ensuring a smooth operation of the Services and Network under RAN.
  • Be part of a team managing specific RAN activities.
  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
  • High focus on developing the team to meet SLA/WLA.
  • Problem Issues and Follow-ups (CSR) with various Stakeholders for RAN/RF Operations.
  • Performance Analysis & Investigation
  • Collaborate with Customer, 3PP and related Stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project with Acceptance Test.
  • Management in Trouble-shooting/Fault finding/RCA in configuration/hardware/software
  • Outage/emergency Management.
  • To undertake any other reasonable task as assigned.
  • You will bring

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Having 8 to 12 years of experience as a Ran Expert in a mobile network environment.
  • Understanding of Cloud network in reference to RAN/RF technologies.
  • Management and technical certification will be added advantage
  • A consistent track record of success, with a minimum of 8-12 years on job hands-on experience of a large sized technical team in a customer service environment.
  • Desired skills/knowledge

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Tracing & Decoding in term of Customer Complaints.a
  • Problem solving skills || Tenacity and perseverance || Flexibility in working hours
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages also beneficial
