- Ensuring a smooth operation of the Services and Network under RAN.
- Be part of a team managing specific RAN activities.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
- High focus on developing the team to meet SLA/WLA.
- Problem Issues and Follow-ups (CSR) with various Stakeholders for RAN/RF Operations.
- Performance Analysis & Investigation
- Collaborate with Customer, 3PP and related Stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project with Acceptance Test.
- Management in Trouble-shooting/Fault finding/RCA in configuration/hardware/software
- Outage/emergency Management.
- To undertake any other reasonable task as assigned.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Having 8 to 12 years of experience as a Ran Expert in a mobile network environment.
- Understanding of Cloud network in reference to RAN/RF technologies.
- Management and technical certification will be added advantage
- A consistent track record of success, with a minimum of 8-12 years on job hands-on experience of a large sized technical team in a customer service environment.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Tracing & Decoding in term of Customer Complaints.a
- Problem solving skills || Tenacity and perseverance || Flexibility in working hours
- Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages also beneficial
