Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities of


Manager:

The Manager will be handling 1-2 districts in implementing the various school related projects of Bhumi including conduct feasibility studies, Baseline and Endline assessment.

Manage Government/Corporation officials, Schools, stakeholders and vendor relationships for the success of the program.

Supervises the District level operations, Monthly and Quarterly review of the projects, Maintain and submit Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports.

Showcase thought Leadership, planning and effective implementation for the long-term success of the program's growth, scalability, and Sustainability and Visit the districts to monitor the program at regular intervals.

Ensure effective communication and reporting upward and down the line of all matters related to the efficiency and effectiveness of the program.

Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:
Post-Graduation with a minimum of

3-5 years' experience in a relevant field

Should be a quick learner to understand and execute the structured program

Program Management experience for effective delivery of the program

Experience in reporting, training, monitoring, and evaluating the projects

Mentor the team

to achieve Programmatic goals towards achieving Org goals

Good English speaking & writing skills


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal, communication and supervision Skills

Good understanding of the pedagogical aspects involved in teaching children.

Good people engagement, networking, and listening skills

Ability to drive outcome-oriented plans through the team's collective effort

Emotional maturity to build relationships, empathize with the perspectives/needs of team members and develop others

Highly resourceful and also self-driven

Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
