Description

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/related fields.
• Master's Degree in a similar field is preferredMinimum experience:
• 4-6 years in a senior Data Scientist role in an international environment; building advanced analyticsmodels/solutions/products with the ability to demonstrate value and track record
• 1+ years in the retail business is preferredSkills:
• Advanced proficiency in various programming languages is a must, such asR/SAS/Python/SQL/BigQuery
• Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning algorithm/modeling techniques is a must, such asLogistic Regression, Linear Regression, Clustering, Decision Trees, Randfom Forest, SVM, KNN,XGboost, LightGBM, etc.
• Advanced experience in deploying machine learning models on cloud services (Azure, AWS, GC etc.)
• Advanced experience in any of the following areas is preferred: assortment optimization,promotion optimization, price optimization, time series forecasting, segmentation, personalizedrecommendation, uplift modeling etc.
• Experience in several visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik
• Collaborative, pragmatic and proactive problem solver
• Proven ability to deliver initiatives from conception through to completion, sound understandingof the analytics ecosystem and value chain from both a business and a technical standpoint
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Strong business communication and presentation skills with proven experience managingexecutive-level communications
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
• Strong English language skills (Speaking, Reading and Writing) with exceptional business writing.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
