    Hiring for HR Operations

    Exp: 3-4 yrs

    Location: Hyd

    NP: Immediate -30 days

    Bachelors or equivalent education

    2-3 years of working experience in HR shared services/Operations

    Experience in PeopleSoft or similar HCM

    Demonstrated competence in managing various HR functional areas like Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support centre, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes

    Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment

    Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

    Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
