St. Teresa is located in the peaceful outskirts of Penzance in Cornwall. It is a single storey home for 27 adults with physical disabilities.

As a Team Leader with Leonard Cheshire you will become part of a fantastic team. You will provide effective supervision of a team of Support Workers, lead with passion and enthusiasm promoting positive outcomes for disabled people with a flexible and proactive approach.

You will ensure our customers receive the very best care, personal support and assistance with daily life tasks. Supporting our Person Centred approach, you will ensure maximum independence for our customers and helping them to achieve individual aspirations.
