    Job Description
    What you'll do

    • Making conversation with the prospective SME business owners and moving them to a product demonstration
    • Collaborate with all internal and external teams and perform troubleshooting on all client issues and ensure timely resolution.
    • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the clients needs are met Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal
    • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
    • Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
    • Showcase the companys strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organisation unique.

    What you'll bring

    • MBA graduates preferred
    • 4+ years of relevant experience as a business development executive
    • Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy- to understand even for non-
    • technical people
    • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Experience working in a fast-growing unstructured startup environment
    • In-depth experience of market research in SME SaaS-tech or SMB segments is preferred
