SystemsAdministrator

Basedin AndheriMumbai

ORGANIZATION:Reportingto the IT Manager you will be part of an international IT Supportteam responsible in supporting infrastructure security and newdigital projects for thegroup.

YOURRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manageresolution of incidents and service request ensuring successfulcompletion within the Service LevelAgreement
  
• Maintainsecurity backup and disaster recoveryplans
  
• Supportaudit activities for security andcompliance
  
• Providesupport for local and cloudbased systems andinfrastructure
  
• Proactivelymonitor infrastructure alerts and review actionsrequired
  
• Reviewingcommon incidents performing analysis to identify rootcauses
  
• Determinesolutions to address root causes proactively and land these changesacross theteam
  
• ProjectManagement and DesignActivities
  
• Participatein projects for onboarding new solutions or improvements within ITOperations
  
• Participatein the planning design and implementation of systems working withthe internal developmentteams
  
• Collaborateacross IT department to share knowledge andexperience
  

Requirements

• Youhave a Degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science or ITrelateddiscipline
  
• Threeyears (3) experience as an IT Systems Administrator is amust
  
• Goodexperience in managing infrastructure across one or more of AWSAzure or GoogleCloud
  
• Solidtechnical and analytical skills to identity issues and suggestcorrective long termmeasures
  
• Experiencein managing Linux instances Cloud computing Meraki/Cisco firewallsisdesired
  
• Experiencewith IT asset management and automation tools such as EndpointCentral isdesired
  
• Strongskills in vendor management project management teamwork analysisandproblemsolving
  
• Certificationin MCSE Office 365 AWS Security orITIL
  
• Youhave excellent communication skills and interpersonalskills
  
• Passionateabout technology andinnovation
