This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee development. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Ability to handle employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Experience in performance management and employee development
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
