WHAT YOU LLDO We are expanding Agile Development teamto support our Knowledge Management function. As a lead full stackdeveloper you would be working closely with the product teams todevelop React based applications. .

• Software development using modernmarkup technologies and scripting framework React JS
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UXdesigns
• Create technical standards and bestpractices for the front end team
• Develop greatcustomerfacing features
• Understand applicationdesign and evolve both function and design as part of projectimplementation
• Contribute in all phases of thedevelopment lifecycle
• Write well designedtestable secure & efficient code ensuring best practicesare being used
• Support continuous improvementby investigating alternatives and technologies
• Build modular styling layouts reusable codeand libraries
• Good knowledge of writing testcases as part of unit testing
• Contribute todevelopment of APIs and micro services
• Defectresolution and performance monitoring of web applications
• Collaborate with other team members andstakeholders
• Working with AWSbased servicescode repositories e.g. Github and continuous delivery toolchainwill be an added advantage

YOU RE GOOD AT

• Strong hands on experience inbuilding web applications using React JS
• Strong hands on experience in writing businesslogic using libraries e.g. redux saga etc.
• Good knowledge of React UI frameworks e.g.React Native Material UI React Bootstrap etc.
• Strong experience in web markup includingJavaScript TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 and Bootstrap
• Expert in web markup including HTML5 CSS3 andJavaScript
• Expert understanding of clientsidescripting and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery and React
• Proficient understanding of serverside CSSpreprocessing platforms such as LESS and SASS (we like SASS)
• Ability to work in a fast paced knowledgecompany collaborating with a team of high performing engineers.
• Proficient understanding of JavaScriptpreprocessing and packaging frameworks such as babel and webpack
• Working knowledge and experience with AWS
• Performance optimization and tuning packagingdelivery and runtime considerations
• Priorexperience and understanding of full stack is mandatory. While therole is predominantly front end focused knowledge of full stackwill enable candidate to contribute to API and other assets.
• Excellent communication skills and experiencein collaborative environments
• The desire to becontinually learning about emerging technologies/industry trends
• Strong understanding of writing secureapplication code application testing diagnostics and bug fixing
• Understanding and experience using continuousintegration and deployment tools.
• Experienceof working with the Agile methodology.

YOU BRING(EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Bachelor s Degree in ComputerScience and Engineering or Math
• At least 810years of professional experience with hands on experience as a leadfull stack developer
• 4 years in AWS andLambda.
• Recent work experience developingenterprise grade applications
• Provenexperience leading developers and managing the work allocationduring sprint execution
• Must be flexible withan eye for detail
• Creative approach to problemsolving
