Job Title: Advocate (High Court & Civil Court)
Experience Required:3 – 5 Years
Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated **Advocate** with **3–5 years of experience** practicing in **High Court** and **Civil Court** matters. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil laws, drafting skills, and litigation procedures, along with the ability to represent clients effectively before various legal forums.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle **civil**, **commercial**, and **writ** matters before the **High Court** and **Civil Courts**.
* Draft and review **petitions**, **affidavits**, **written statements**, **contracts**, and **legal notices**.
* Conduct **legal research** and prepare case summaries, arguments, and briefs.
* Appear before **courts, tribunals, and authorities** on behalf of clients.
* Coordinate with clients and provide sound **legal advice** and **strategic guidance**.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, judgments, and procedures.
* Assist in case preparation, filing, and court documentation management.
Requirements:
* **LL.B / LL.M** from a recognized university.
* **3–5 years** of practical experience in **High Court** and **Civil Court** litigation.
* Strong **drafting**, **pleading**, and **argumentation** skills.
* Excellent **communication** and **analytical** abilities.
* Well-versed in **legal research** tools and **court procedures**.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
