We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join The Global Asset Management team.
Principal Responsibilities
• Accepting financial and non-financial transaction and sending to RTA for processing
• Handling request or queries from walk in investor's or Distributors
• Handling customer complaints and providing resolution by co-ordination with RTA
• Coordinating with investors and Distributors for remediation of pending transaction
• Acts as a back for institutional servicing in the absence of 2nd Staff. This involves reporting of HV transaction for Fund utilization and Handling service queries / request of institutional clients which needs to be handled on priority
The location for this role is Indore , India
