Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Motion Graphic Designer/ 2D Animator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling, exceptional design skills, and expertise in creating engaging motion graphics and animations. You will collaborate with our design, marketing, and development teams to produce captivating content that enhances our brand and connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Work closely with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and style frames for various projects.
• Animation Creation: Design and animate motion graphics for videos, advertisements, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Visual Design: Create visually compelling graphics, typography, and illustrations to support motion content.
• Video Editing: Incorporate motion graphics into video edits and ensure smooth transitions and cohesive storytelling.
• Collaborative Projects: Partner with marketing, branding, and content teams to produce visually aligned and on-brand designs.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and animation to maintain high-quality output.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in motion graphics design and animation.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Familiarity with video production workflows and codecs.
• Creativity: Strong artistic and design sense with the ability to produce original and innovative ideas.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring polished and professional final products.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas effectively and collaborate with team members.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in creating UI/UX animations for websites or mobile applications.
• Knowledge of sound design and audio synchronization.
• Basic understanding of HTML5 animations.
