- You will be responsible for formulating end-to-end backend / webservices design and user interface design and work with technology team members and managers to ensure development of a modern service oriented architecture with a modular and responsive UI
- Explore emerging technologies related to backend frameworks such as NodeJS and frontend frameworks such as React
- Ensuring delivery of modular and reusable code and ensuring quick resolution of bugs and issues
- Working with existing code bases and evolving them to meet current standards
- Over 5 years of overall experience working primarily on modern NodeJS frameworks such as ExpressJS/NextJS and React. Experience in other backend technologies such as Go / Python / PHP and frontend technologies such as Angular/Vue etc would be a plus
- Well versed in traditional RDBMS and modern NoSQL databases like Mongo/Redis etc
- Well versed in containerizing applications and environments using Docker and Docker Compose. Experience in Kubernetes would be a plus
- Well versed in security best practices for web based applications and writing scalable software. Prior experience in eCommerce domain would be welcome
- Well versed in using source control software like Git etc
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Bachelor degree or post graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, User-Centered Design or closely related discipline

About the role:Space Matrix is seeking an innovative, talented Fullstack Developer to drive the development of its online commerce division, with the responsibility for design and development of the core modules of our upcoming commerce portals. You will utilize modern development practices to create a scalable, secure webservices and modern responsive user interfaces. You will be expected to apply industry standard best practices, leveraging current and emerging technologies as well as applying your own intelligence to best resolve any challenges.
