Job Title: Research Associate

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

We are seeking a Research Associate to identify top industry executives who can share their industry expertise and provide business insights to institutional investment firms.

What You'll Work On:

• You will field incoming requests from investment firms & understand the knowledge gaps they are looking to fill.
• You will quickly grasp industry context from the client's request (competitive landscape, supply chain, distribution channels, and customer segments).
• You will identify top professionals across this industry ecosystem who can share their knowledge with our clients.
• You will work on diverse projects across industries ranging from green hydrogen to fast fashion to microfinance.

• You enjoy learning and have a deep curiosity about business, entrepreneurship, and investing.
• You can quickly understand key information and work independently to complete projects.
• You are extremely organized and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are self-motivated, pro-active, and have ambition to take on leadership roles as our company scales.
• You can work hard (long hours).

Eligibility:

• You have 0 to 3 years of work experience. Freshers, who are exceptional, can be considered for the role.
• A degree in Business, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
• BONUS points if you have prior equity research or investing experience.
