    Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Architecture/Construction/ interior Design

    Department: Sales & Marketing

    Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level (3-5 years of experience)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Job Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Research & Analyse Market Potentials and Market segment

    2. Research & Analyse Existing Competitors

    3. Develop and implement strategic business plans for each market segments

    4. Identify and introduce the company to new corporate houses business establishments etc,

    5. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.

    6. Understand client needs and tailor products or services to meet those needs.

    7. Extensively Collaborate with Digital marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies.

    8. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

    9. Provide feedback to the Design development team on market needs and opportunities.

    10. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.

    11. Lead Generation & critical plan for assured project success.

    12. Initiate and manage end to end relationships with new / existing clients, ensuring a successful project closures of our business.

    13. Developing an in-depth understanding of the Interior Design & Construction sectors and key players in the market

    14. Establishing atleast 2 new connections every week with new business houses will be the significant responsibility of this job.

    15. Promoting and developing the company's brand. Finding new business opportunities.

    16. Create and maintain database of qualified leads through calls and outbound lead generation

    17. Cold Calling potential prospects to fix meetings with them

    18. Responsible for revenue target accomplishment in given geography

    19. Meeting weekly targets for cold calling, database maintenance, and sales meetings

    20. Maintaining a sales pipeline

    21. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing new business

    22. Ability to articulate the Specific MOM to the clients after every Meetings.

    Sales Target; cr /Month

    CTC: 60K & Above /Month + Travel+ Attractive Incentives

    Skills and Qualifications:

    1. 3 to 5 years of experience

    2. Bachelor or Masters in Sales or Marketing

    3. Previous with sales experience, experience in international sales and/or construction industry shall be preferred

    4. Technical Experience (Interior/ Civil/ Architectural) will be an advantage

    5. Proactive and ability to work independently and fast learner

    6. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    7. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field within the construction industry.
