Job Title: Shift Incharge
Job Role: Meeting shift production targets and quality targets
Reporting To: Department head
Educational Qualification: Diploma in mechanical/Automobile engg.
Work Experience (Years) in treasury activities: 7 to 15 years
Job Responsibilities
1. Production planning and man power management with in shift
2. Coordinating with die maintenance and machine maintenance to minimize line breakdown
3. Multiskilling of line I/C and operators
4. Handling operators IR issue
5. Improve press m/c flexibility
6. Maintain excellent level of 5S all the time in eack and every corner of the shop
7. Shop target acheivement - SPH, Eff, Repair, rejection
Competencies / Skills
Technical/ Functional:
1. Basic knowledge of press m/c and crane operation.
2. Skillfully handling of IR issues
3. Basic knowledge of dies.
4. Basic knowledge of machine parameters and its impact on panel quality.
5. Handon experience in using microsoft excel and power point
Behavioral:
1). Good communication skills & customer handling.
2). Disciplined & must follow all the rules & guidelines in the shop floor.
3). Ability to work as a team leader.
