    Responsibilities:

    Answering Calls:
    Respond to calls from faculty students and staffproviding essential firstlevel IT response andsupport


    Troubleshooting Guidance:
    Assistcallers in troubleshooting navigating the college site andutilizing products or services


    Diagnosisand Advice:
    Diagnose user problems and offer clear advice forresolution


    Logging and Documentation:
    Logcorrespondence details Into the IT Support system to maintain arecord


    Composure Maintenance:
    Maintaincomposure and a positive attitude during challengingsituations


    ITSM System Utilization:
    Use theInformation Technology Service Management (ITSM) system to log andtrack incidents promptly resolving assignedtasks


    Collaboration and Support Levels:
    Collaborate closely with the second and third levels of the supportteam for comprehensive issue resolution

    General Maintenance Tasks:
    Perform routine maintenance tasks toensure overall IT system health


    ContinuousImprovement:
    Continuously assess and recommend enhancementsinIT solutions andsupport


    Performance Monitoring:
    Monitorhardware software and system performancemetrics


    Proactive Support Approach:
    Maintain a proactive stance for IT support andimprovement

    Mandatory QualificationExperience:
