Role Description

As a Database Administrator you will ensure a highly available, secure and high performing Database Infrastructure enable business efficiency and growth through ensuring the organisation has a stable, reliable, and effective IT platform to provide IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services to clients. Also the statement of work involves Team coordination, Escalation Management, Issue coordination, Monitoring Management, SLA Management, Change activity Management, Audit process Management and Shift Management. Escalation of errors or declines should be as per the escalation matrix.

Requirements-Skills/Experience

Any Computer graduate with experience in RAC, RMAN and Data guard.

Experience on Oracle and Postgres Database Administration Tasks

Knowledge in complete Oracle 12c & 19c Database administration in Standalone and RAC instances.

Experience in Database Installation, Configuration and Hardening

Experience in Data Backup and Data Archival management

Experience in Database Performance Management

Experience in Database Uptime Management

Experience in Data replication and DR Drills

Knowledge and Experience in Database Security
