    Job Description:

    An Incident Management Analyst supports the ITSM Incident Management process, identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the Incident Management process, execution, and documentation.
    • Conduct trend analysis, error identification, and process improvement activities.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
    • Maintain high-quality performance within the Incident Management process.
    • Assist with On-Call process governance and training.
    • Liaise with key stakeholders to collect feedback and communicate initiatives.
    • Perform reconciliation and reporting for key processes.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in Incident Management.
    • 2+ years of experience with ITSM processes.
    • ITIL certification.
    • Trend analysis and root cause analysis skills.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in Incident Management.
    • 5+ years of experience with ITSM processes.
    • ServiceNow reporting experience.
    • PowerBI Experience.

    Working Hours: APAC hours with flexibility to accommodate North America morning business hour.
