    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Guest Services:
    • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome.
    • Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and providing necessary information about the hotel's amenities and services.
    • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
    • Provide assistance to guests with special needs or requests.
    • Reservations:
    • Manage room reservations, including making bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
    • Ensure accuracy of reservation information and follow up with guests to confirm details.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions.
    • Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
    • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.
    • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
    • Complete daily reports and administrative tasks as assigned.
    • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with other hotel staff to coordinate guest services and resolve issues.
    • Keep management informed of any unusual occurrences or guest complaints.
    • Hospitality:
    • Exemplify excellent hospitality by anticipating guests' needs and exceeding their expectations.
    • Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance guests' stay.
