We have a team of 130 serving 300+ customers across 5 offices in the US, Singapore, India, Australia, and the UK. Our mission is to make it easy for non-technical marketers to leverage advanced data activation and marketing measurement tools that are powered by AI, to improve their performance and achieve their KPIs.     Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the agency sector. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment at the forefront of the SaaS industry.

    What You'll Do

    Prospect, identify, and qualify potential agency clients through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.

    Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs, pain points, and objectives of prospective agency clients.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target agencies.

    Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns and initiatives.

    Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions to prospective clients.

    Effectively articulate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products to address client needs and objections.

    Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to close, including negotiation and contract finalization.

    Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to our platform.

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

    Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

    Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.

    Experience working with agencies or in a similar B2B environment is highly desirable.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.

    Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

    Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.

    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

    Proficiency in CRM software (e.g Hubspot, Salesforce) and other sales tools is an advantage.
