    Roles and Responsibilities:


    • Conduct thorough quality analysis on incoming and outgoing aluminum scrap

    materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.


    • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product

    quality and minimize defects.


    • Collaborate closely with the procurement team to source high-quality aluminum scrap

    materials from reputable suppliers.


    • Evaluate supplier performance and establish strong relationships to ensure

    consistent and reliable material sourcing.


    • Proactively identify quality issues or discrepancies and work with relevant

    stakeholders to address and resolve them in a timely manner.


    • Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries and concerns from

    internal teams and external buyers.


    • Lead negotiations with buyers regarding quality claims, utilizing strong interpersonal

    and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.


    • Generate detailed reports and documentation related to quality analysis, supplier

    performance, and quality claim resolutions.


    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously

    improve quality management processes.

    Qualification:


    • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Quality

    Management, or a related field.


    Proven experience in quality analysis within the aluminum scrap industry, with

    a strong understanding of material properties and quality standards.


    • Demonstrated expertise in material sourcing and procurement processes,

    including supplier evaluation and relationship management.


    • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to effectively resolve quality-related

    disputes and claims.


    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address

    quality issues proactively.


    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with internal

    teams and engage with external stakeholders.


    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quality analysis and documentation
