    Summary:

    AProduct Support Engineer will act as a liaison resolve any emergingproblems with product/ services that our customers might face withaccuracy andefficiency.

    The best PSEs are genuinely excited to help customers. They arepatient empathetic and passionately communicative. Product SupportEngineers can put themselves in their customers shoes and advocatefor them when necessary.

    Problemsolving also comes naturally to you. You are confident attroubleshooting and investigate if they dont have enoughinformation to resolve customercomplaints.

    The target is to ensure excellent service standards respondefficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customersatisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    Independently understand and analyze the problem faced by customersand share detailed explanations with clients on the problem andsolution provided.

    Be selfdriven and show a high level of ownership. The individualshould be able to work effectively in a team whilst enthusingothers to do the same for achievement of common team goals.

    Become a subject matter expert and remain uptodate with all thelatest developments of the product.

    Be a team player: When dealing with ambiguity work with theexternal (Customers vendors) and internal stakeholders (TechnicalOperations and Account Management teams) and ensure SLAs are alwaysmet.

    Maintain high quality standards and bring Innovation & processimprovement to further growth of the team and self.
