    Job Description:

    · Key Account Management/ Relationship building with School Principals.

    · Approaching Grade, A schools for student engagement activities, conducting events, and capturing leads.

    · Provides accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.

    · Data-driven approach to planning several activities across different accounts and cities, with clearly defined timelines and objective output as a goal. (Events, Seminars, Workshops etc.)

    · Co-ordinates with marketing to ensure sales reach each resource on time

    · Expands the consultants network and increases output from the existing consultants.

    · Expands the school network and increases output from the existing school accounts.

    · Ensures a regular field visit on a daily basis.

    · Maintain accurate records of applicant data and statistics.

    · Coordinate and manage the admissions process.

    · Create and execute outreach strategies to attract potential students.

    · Collaborate with marketing teams to run targeted advertising campaigns.

    · Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective students, parents, and guidance counselors.

    · Provide information and guidance to prospective students regarding programs, admissions requirements, and financial aid options.

    · Conduct campus tours and information sessions to showcase the institution's offerings.

    · Analyze admissions data and enrollment trends to make informed decisions.

    · Prepare regular reports on admissions and outreach activities for institutional leadership.

    · Provide excellent customer service to applicants and their families.

    · Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

    Candidate profile:

    · Experience in the Education Industry.

    · Able to deliver presentation.

    · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Must have a strong network of premium school connections.

    · Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

    · Familiarity with marketing and outreach strategies.

    · Able to interact with senior authorities in schools.

    · Open to travel

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, business, or a related field (a master's degree may be preferred in some institutions).

    · 5+ years of experience in admissions and outreach roles, with a demonstrated track record of success.
