- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 12-15 years of experience in data management, including data modeling, integration, ETL processes
- 5+ years of experience in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI. PowerApps and Power Automate)
- Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Proficiency in SQL, data querying, and manipulation.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with Azure services and cloud-based data solutions is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex data-related challenges and devise effective solutions.
- Project management experience, including scope definition, timeline management, and resource allocation.
