    Job Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to join our team at Sagar Hospitals in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our chain of 12 pharmacies. This includes managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operation and profitability, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with Senior level responsibilities, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
    • Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role for 7 to 10 years
    • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
    • Strong leadership and managerial skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize
    • Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
    • Proficient in computer applications and inventory management systems

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Oversee the operations of our chain of 12 pharmacies
    • Manage the day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operation and profitability
    • Supervise and train pharmacy staff
    • Maintain inventory control and order medications and supplies as needed
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
    • Implement customer service standards and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the pharmacies
    • Track and analyze sales performance and prepare reports for management
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
