    Qualifications and Skills

    • 7-10 years of experience in revenue management or a related field in Gaming & Hospitality
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
    • Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets
    • Experience in menu engineering and footfall analysis
    • Proficiency in business development and sales techniques new generation sales activities
    • Ability to negotiate and close deals
    • Good understanding of revenue analysis and financial metrics
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field MBA in Sales and Marketing

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement revenue generation strategies to drive business growth
    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new revenue opportunities
    • Lead a team of revenue professionals to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
    • Manage key client accounts including corporate, school /individuals and build strong relationships to drive repeat business
