• Creating Performance CultureRewards & Recognition ProgramEnsuring JD's & KRA's for all the positionCareer Progression & Career Development Plans for all the positionSuccession PlanningDevelop solutions, programs and policiesProvides day to day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultationConducts ongoing supply and demand analysis for business partners on current and future state staffing and skill needs and designs talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs.

Actively participates in annual budget planning forecasting process with business partnersManpower Planning & BudgetingMaintaining Department & Organization wise Org ChartManage Payroll, HRIS and Compensation and Benefits functions as needed to provide solutions for better structuresPerformance Evaluation and training folks on PMSEmployee Engagement, CommunicationsAll other duties assigned for the given Business VerticalHR Dashboard, HRIS, MIS etc. Monthly Reports, Presentation etc
